Hamisu breaker is redefining the Hausa music and winning the appeal of the non-Hausa listeners by bringing afrobeats to the indigenous Hausa sound. He is widely described as the “prince of Hausa music”.
His songs are known for their heart touching atmosphere and heart break themes. Last year, his song Jaruma became the most-watched Hausa song on YouTube and even went on to make a record of being the highest viewed Hausa music in the platform.
The artist recently released an album “Alkhairi”. The project contains 15 tracks and this is a proof that the Kano born singer is about to take the Hausa indigenous music to the world.
